I specialize in working with women across all stages in life who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundaries, codependency, divorce, and perimenopause/menopause. I am also passionate about supporting young girls and teens as they navigate the pressures of today's world. My goal is to help young clients feel seen, understood, and empowered while building confidence, self-esteem and emotional awareness.

I currently am supervised by Kari Tuggle-Nord, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW# 108145) and working towards my licensure hours.
