Meet Rochelle
I am a licensed Associate Marriage Family Therapist. I received a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University. With a background in law enforcement I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-stress professions and strive to provide specialized care to help clients build resilience and navigate trauma. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children navigating life's challenges and transitions. I specialize in working with women across all stages in life who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundaries, codependency, divorce, and perimenopause/menopause. I am also passionate about supporting young girls and teens as they navigate the pressures of today's world. My goal is to help young clients feel seen, understood, and empowered while building confidence, self-esteem and emotional awareness.
My approach is compassionate, holistic, client-centered, and trauma informed. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward healing and growth.
I believe therapy can be meaningful while also allowing room for humor, authenticity, and moments of lightness along the healing journey.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I am an avid reader and I believe that books have the power to bring people together and also give opportunities to discuss fresh perspectives.
Occasionally you may come across my corgi "Posey" who brings a little extra comfort to the session.
